I got my 14060M about 6 weeks ago, and so far it's been an almost perfect watch -- I say almost because (i) the bezel was pretty hard to turn -- difficult to me to imagine turning it with gloves on while diving and (ii) the bezel didn't quite line up at the 12:00 mark, which flared up my OCD tendencies.My beloved 1998 Submariner has an extremely tight bezel. The bezel was nearly impossible to turn. I took some unwaxed (that's important here) floss and cleaned out around the bezel. Obviously these are two different implementations of a rotating bezel but it may be worth a shot.This instructable will guide you through removing and replacing the bezel on your Rolex Submariner. The same general process can be used with a GMT Master II. I used my stainless steel anniversary sub, reference 16610.
