I have had three pusher caps fall off various chrono watches in the past 3 years. Usually older style watches that are more likely to unwind the pusher from its cap. Most modern watches capture the pusher cap so it can’t rotate. I wear it a couple times a week but never on adventures so its still in great . Saturday night I was taking off my watch and putting it away and I look down . I have an old navitimer and one of the push buttons has fallen off. Outside of sending to Breitling is there anywhere I can get a replacement? Thanks

I have had three pusher caps fall off various chrono watches in the past 3 years. Usually older style watches that are more likely to unwind the pusher from its cap. Most modern watches capture the pusher cap so it can’t rotate.
I am desperately trying to find a replacement push button or cap, so far without success ( I live in France ). The only item I could find is a complete push button which seems to be very close but is for the Navitimer ref A13020 or D13020. The button will press, but nothing happens. Since the bottom pusher is pretty key to setting the exact time, resetting the chrono, etc., it's a bit of a pain (esp. when it's 40 seconds off right now). Saturday night I was taking off my watch and putting it away and I look down and the top pusher button is gone! I'm freaking out, but I retrace my steps and thankfully, I found the button and notice that it spins back on no problem. The button at '4' resets the chronograph hands back to zero. The button at '2' starts, stops and if needed continues the timing period without resetting all hands back to zero. Service is required if a reset doesn't happen when the 4 o'clock button is firmly activated after the chrono is stopped.
Making sure the breitling pusher head is the correct height. The pusher is now approximately the correct size, but it does need to engage with the watch movement. The return lever effectively locks the pusher into place by sliding into a groove on the tail of the pusher. I wear it a couple times a week but never on adventures so its still in great shape but out of nowhere i noticed the stop watch reset button had gone missing. Has anyone else run into this? Any advice on where i can pickup another button and how to install.
