I am strugglying trying to decide between 118238 and 18238. price difference is huge, but they look almost identical. Your bracelet to my eyes is Rolex factory bracelet. I own one (was 2) white gold 1803 that similar to yours (or same except the gold color). You can open the end links and check for the number stamped there. For 18038 the number should be 55 and for mine 1803 should be 53. The difference is 18038 lug is thicker than 1803.
