I think the first formulation is pretty magnificent, almost flawless in it’s composition, whereas I found the 2nd version grading and borderline unwearable. I’ve had multiple bottles of each and ended up selling the reformulation bottles every time after a handful of wears. After 2.5 years of painful search for the old formulation bottle of YSL La nuit de l'Homme i finally found a full 100ml new bottle!! Couldnt be happier as this old formulation is one of the of my favorite scents ever!
